Rashidi Hendrix is a New York based talent manager and the founder of the talent management and television/film production company
Metallic Entertainment. As a management company, Metallic represents a roster of actors, comedians, TV & Film writers and directors, actors and comedians, that work on shows like The Ranch (Netflix), Criminal Minds (CBS), Bates Motel (A&E) and NCIS (CBS).
In 2019, Hendrix was appointed by FCC Chairman Ajit Pai to serve as a member of his FCC Advisory Committee on Diversity and Digital Empowerment in Washington,DC to assist the chairman on creating diversity initiatives for the media and entertainment sectors.
Erica Lancaster is an agent in the television department at CAA. She comes to CAA from Broadway Video, where she served as a development executive.
Prior to that, Ms. Lancaster was an associate producer on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.” Ms. Lancaster has also held staff positions at “Saturday Night Live” and “The Late Show With David Letterman.”
